Local 181 proudly represents over 850 members across 10 bargaining units, working in diverse roles for multiple employers.
CUPE 181 works to protect, support, and empower our members in the workplace. We represent members’ interests through collective bargaining, enforce the collective agreement, and advocate for fair and respectful working conditions.
We provide guidance and representation on workplace issues, including grievances, health and safety concerns, and disciplinary matters. CUPE 181 also supports members through education, communication, and engagement, ensuring everyone has access to the information and resources they need.
Beyond the workplace, we advocate for strong public services and actively engage in the community. By standing together, CUPE 181 ensures that members have a strong, united voice at work and beyond.
